Des Moines Blaze headed to World Bowl IV

In just their first year, Des Moines Blaze have been ripping the World Football League a new one all season long. They finished their regular season at 7-1 outscoring their opponents 300-60, and have burned their way through the playoffs, most recently burying the St. Louis Bulldogs with a decisive 50-21 victory in the semi-final round.

Their opponent in World Bowl IV is the Oklahoma Thunder, who have won the previous three World Bowls and finished this season 10-0, outscoring their victims 372-63. Yikes! It's a matchup of the school bully versus the new kid.

The Blaze will travel to Tulsa for World Bowl IV this Saturday, July 31, at 7 PM in what could be an epic display of offensive firepower. Follow Blaze Football.net for more info!
